Biofuel Commercially Available in Richland
In efforts to meet Governor Christine Gregoire's goal of encouraging Washington state citizens, businesses, and agencies to "go green," Pacific Northwest National Laboratory has declared it will fuel its fleet vehicles with E85 and B5 biofuel, both of which can be found at the Richland station.

WSU & PNNL Break Ground on New Facility
Washington State University (WSU) and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) broke ground April 13, 2006, on the Bioproducts, Sciences, and Engineering Laboratory (BSEL). BSEL is a $24-million joint effort between WSU and PNNL.
