2007 Battelle Community Spirit Award Recipient

Diana Bellofatto

Battelle presented its 2007 Community Spirit Award to Diana Bellofatto, a Technician in Radiochemistry at the Laboratory. Diana was honored for her volunteer work with the Fighting Children's Cancer Foundation, Alzheimer's Walk, Catholic Family and Child Services, For the Love of Giving, Special Olympics, Neurological Resource Center and Woman of Achievement.

The award provides staff an opportunity to recognize their peers for outstanding volunteer spirit. Diana was selected from among four nominations. Nominees were evaluated on the level of their volunteer involvement and impact to the community. Read Diana's nomination (Word 24KB)

As part of the Community Spirit Award, Battelle is making a $300 contribution to the Fighting Children's Cancer Foundation.
